“Had to get clean sheets there was hairs and dirt on the sheets on bed. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke as in years of smoking it would take major renovations/cleaning to eliminate”

“Room was not clean and there was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom door and shower. Could not walk barefoot as the floor made our feet dirty! ”

“It is an old motel that has had money put into it but it did not match the ratings shown on the Expedia site. It is located all by itself but it is only about 20 minutes from Skaneatles lake.”

“The carpet smells. Some of the light fixtures were not working, and there was no soaps and shampoo on the bottles attached to the walls. We only had 1 mini size bar soap and lotion.”
