"The room smelled like someone's basement. Severely dated rooms with furniture and linens of a 1980's vibe. Air conditioner was good, water pressure in the shower was decent, only interacted with the staff once and no issues. I will likely look to stay somewhere else if I'm in the area"

"Big rooms, good location, right opposite Pier 11. We had a family of 4 in the family room, which was large and very clean with a kitchen. Loads of storage too. The only let down was the bathroom which was basic and had a shower curtain and a floor which had 1980’s public leisure centre vibes."
