"I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!"

"Convenient to my visit. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Hotel is in middle of renovation No ice machine on my floor (3rd). No coffee maker in my room. Reported it twice, but was never replaced. TV guide on screen was almost unusable. Channel numbers listed did not match the on screen. Shower not hot, but gets much hotter after 3 or 4 minutes after face is covered with soap. Staff told about problems, but no action."

"The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)"
