"The only high point is the easy Thruway access. Have stayed at many Wyndham hotels over the years, this was by far the worst experience. Bathroom in the room was filthy, washcloths and towels not replaced between guests, the small travel bottles of shampoo and conditioner were 1/3 full, not replaced between guests, the bedding very suspect as to being changed. The staff was not helpful, when asked for sugar for the morning coffee, would not even look to find any. The buffet breakfast looked...
