"The pool was very cloudy and very small. Not sure if the chemicals were off or what but it was a very milky white cloudy color. Room was large as we booked a king suite, nighttime noise was loud and all night long. Firetrucks, car stereos, honking, people walking and yelling. We were on the top floor but it just echoed between the buildings. Rough night sleep with all the noise. "
"There was some bumps but overall a good stay. Our room was clean. The dishes in the dishwasher were not. The towels were clean/ but there was some sort of smudge (maybe mascara?) on the pillow case. It seemed laundered so maybe it was just stained. But value compared to price was excellent. It was perfect for one night. "
"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience.
First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control.
While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable.
Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient.
Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property.

"Arrived and checked in before people who booked and checked in after I did. Given a room with a broken lock. Clerk felt she had to explain how to use a key in a door.
Place is run down and declines each year. Far too expensive for the condition. Best Western should be ashamed their name is on it. "
"No soap nothing in room besides toilet paper and two towels
Worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time.
Specially since I got a king suite room. The hotel put a $100 hold on my room for a deposit. I stayed Wednesday night in to Thursday.
Friday my $100 hold wasn’t released now Saturday no money returned. Hotel telling me that I have to wait till Monday.
Bad business
Very unfortunate I would have been a returning customer "
