"Clean, good room. Got a reservation when rooms in the area were very difficult to find. The hotel is old and in need of some repairs, but the price was right and there were no problems at all. If you want five star luxury, this is not your place. The breakfast is a nice plus! Serves it's purpose very well."

"first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite.
1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures .
2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror
3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting.
4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door.
5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable .

"So glad we found the Nightshade Inn and Gardens. We just needed a place to stay for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks in our room, fresh fruit, and pastries for breakfast. Morning coffee was very good."
