“We booked this hotel and were shocked when we got there that it has an 8.4 rating. The room smelled musty and felt damp and cold. We wanted to soak for a while in the advertised hot tub but were told it was not available. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though...

“Very clean room, lovely amenities.. we stayed there off season but proximity to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend!”

“Beautiful location”

“Clean, friendly staff.”

“The hotel rooms seem to be outdated The buffet was expensive should offer a discount to Hilton honor members”

“Clean room, very friendly staff, close to the beach , good location.”

“Every was excellent the only thing I don’t”

“My family and I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the past ten years. It is perfect top to bottom.”

“The hotel overall was ok. Way overpriced in my opinion for what you get, not to mention the “deluxe continental breakfast” was probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen at any hotel we’ve been to and we’ve been to hundreds of hotels. Bagels, waffles and cereal, that was it. No eggs, bacon, potatoes. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel but it’s not the worst I suppose if you want to spend more than what you’ll get in return.”

“The beautiful indoor pool is what made me choose to stay here. It was beautiful, clean and felt luxurious. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious. The bed was new and very comfortable. It did seem a little dated, and had chipped paint and trim in many places. It was also a little dusty.”

“The location was close to the beach. Parking lot was small, but everyone there had parking. WiFi is on the lamp. In case you’re looking for it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. The front desk clerk was very helpful. I would stay there again.”
