"All was very well, location convenient to everything. Western University within 2 minutes. Resturant next door great food. Average room for overnight stay. Parking good. General Manager was attenitive to all your request."
"Should not advertise as you have a pool and then people show up and it’s closed for the season. It’s an indoor pool, so that makes no sense why it’s not open. The wall are paper thin and we could hear everything beside and above us. The pleather chair is horrible it’s peeling and worn needs to be thrown in the garbage. Should not be changing $140 a night this is more like a $89 a room. Not impressed with this hotel."
"I had a king suite. It was set up quite nicely. The room was immaculate. The TV was on with a hotel home screen welcoming me by name. The htotel had plenty of amenities; a workout room, pool, and a nice area where you can gather. This was particularly nice for this visit, as we were in town for a funeral and multiple family members had multiple rooms booked. The gathering area was comfortable. While we did not partake, the hotel provided "to go" bags at check out which provided a take to go meal. I thought this was a nice touch. The women's bathroom off the lobby even provided feminine products ... just in case. There were a lot of nice touches."
"Our stay was pleasant and the staff accomodating. The room and its bathroom were clean. There was only one visible large stain on the carpet by one of the beds in one of the rooms but for the most part clean overall. "
"This may be the worst hotel stay I've ever stayed at. I got there and the attendant had a call a very rude individual apparently owned it who wanted to see me via video call interrogated me about wanting to check in at 11:00 instead of 2:00 and saying they would have to charge me. I went into the hotel room there was a broken screen by the window there was hair in the bathroom in the showers wallpaper was coming off. There was a smell. This place should be torn down. They said they include breakfast there was no breakfast...
I feel like I should get my money back it was horrible. There were light bulbs missing from the serious relatable should be I would take this hotel off of hotels.com it's horrible.
If you can get my money back that would be great if you can't that's fine too."
