"This is a 'hidden gem' of a hotel, that has a relaxed family feel, and an individual vibe that the other ''chains" don't offer. Even from the smallest of touches such as ambient 'rainforest/bird sounds' on each level creates a relaxed vibes The rooms and lobby's are immaculately clean, and most of all quiet.. you do not hear other guests coming and going, and I had a room by the elevators which I expected to hear (and even considered changing rooms) but I did not hear them at all. The staff from reception to cleaners were super friendly, greeted with a genuine smile and were on hand when you need It is also great to see the hotel listening to the feedback on room temperatures as my room has both air conditioning unit (mobile) and a fan. Whilst on the periphal of Vienna centre, you are at the heart of the real community away from the tourists and can embrace Vienna like a local. The subways and trams take you there within 10-15 minutes, though and are just outside the door. This is a rare, faultless find that I would happily return to, and have already been researching their other locations to stay"

"A wonderful stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the beautiful, eclectic décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is managed by a young, friendly and attentive team who made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just steps from the underground and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The healthy breakfast buffet was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with lots of character, a great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!"

"Really super comfy beds we were upgraded to queen rooms from twin rooms. Lovely and spacious very clean rooms. Breakfast options were numerous and catered for all diets .. I especially employed the waffles that were made fresh each morning. Helpful staff we did have dinner there the so called soup was rather disappointing with it being just a mere spoonfuls and barely any herbs or flavouring my mum had to eat a sandwich after to make up for it. Dinner was on the expensive side and each item had to be separately bought which I think shouldn’t be the case for a schnitzel.. it should have chips included in the price which again wasn’t cheap at 33 euros. Aside that the mini market they have was useful as well. Reception staff always helpful to answer questions and give recommendations plus a map!"
