Great location in downtown close to Lambton quay with shopping and restaurants aplenty. Parking available at a fee which is handy and also convenient being along the side of the hotel. Our room was a 1 bedroom with separate lounge/kitchenette so space was comfortable as were the beds. Bathroom is tight however with very small shower cubicle only so if you are above average size you will struggle. Overall great stay so would recommend.

I liked the fact that my room was spacious, well furnished, spotless and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was extra, but I was very glad that I reserved a space because there was no or minimal parking on the roads around the hotel.

Great central city location with onsite parking . Although that also does make it quite noisy. They need to sort out curtains in the rooms as big gaps down the sides which makes it like daylight with all the artificial lights outside.

A great place for a three person business stay. Eveyone was happy with their room. Beds were comfortable and nicely fitted. Bathroom was a bit basic but very clean. When I had a water pressure issue in my shower they waited my room without hesitation.
