I liked how central it was to everything in the city. The linens were clean and we were supplied with them daily. It was cheap so you get what you pay for. It was a bit dirty (dusty in places and a it was a dirty mess under the bed). Signs of a lack of deep cleans. The shower from the room above leaked onto our toilet. There wasn't enough cutlery for the 3 of us and only the bare necessities in the kitchen. It wasn't a very quiet place and we heard yelling in the night. You have to pay for parking, $15 a night. In general, as I said, you get what you paid for and you make do.

Convenient location for the city. There were a few things missing from the room, which were replaced very quickly by the staff. The main annoyance was being awoken early by demolition work to the building next door, but just unlucky timing on our part.

Room sufficient for our needs, very noisy,might of gotten 2 hrs sleep in total, sirens going , heard everything, dont know if thats the norm, but they had pride parade that weekend. would i return, no. Probably pay a bit more for comfort. They do have limited parking if u are quick at booking. Reception guy was friendly

While the bed and bedding was nice, the towel rail was broken, the sliding door into the toilet didn't slide very well. Big white stains on the curtains. Reception was meant to be open until 7pm but wasn't. And you needed to check in before you got there. No parking unless you book it but it doesn't say that until you arrive.

Cheap but not very cheerful

Very central - 10 mins walk from Te Papa and Cuba Street.Delue Cafe Great little coffee shop 2 mins walk away. Hotel was cheap but not very cheerful. Bed was comfy though.
