시설이 깨끗해서 좋았지만 아침식사는 너무 간단히 준비가 되어 있습니다. 수영장 시설을 이용해서 좋았지만 대부분 수영장에서 마스크를 착용하지 않아 불안했습니다.

Beautiful setting and clean, bright and spacious rooms. The construction equipment and pile of chairs left in the walkway area took away from the beauty. When we asked for a second blanket for the pull out couch the answer was “no”.

The front desk lady was rude. I paid for a room with 2 queen size beds. They were not queen size beds. They were full size beds. I have a queen at home. I brought it up to the front desk and informed me I was wrong. Told me “literally that’s a queen size bed”. And also asked me if I was sure I had a queen size bed at home. Um yeah, I’m pretty sure I know what size bed I have in my home! Beautiful views and grounds but terrible customer service and rude staff.

Hello! We are so sorry that you feel our customer service agent was rude. We do have only Queen and King sized beds on the property. We will speak to the customer service representative about tone when explaining things to the guests.

The property and the unit looked good. The reception area didn't smell good, though (smelled sour and stale).

The WiFi was not working properly and instead of looking into the problem, they just made excuses.

The lodge is next to the lake and has a great view of the water and mountains. The park next to it is quiet and well kept. We will definitely go back there again.

This hotel was just what we were looking for in our stay. Helpful staff, very scenic, cleanly, and comfortable. A lot more space is offered in some rooms compared to other hotels / inns.

Dog friendly!!! Staff professional kind & friendly. Deluxe Queen room, view of lake beautiful & very clean. Breakfast had variety and excellent quality. Price reasonable. We will be back. Superior to Campbell Resort.

Stayed here with a friend. When we checked in host was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, bed comfy and entire property so quiet (it was October). Took a peaceful walk around property/lake in the morning to view the beautiful fall foliage and then finished our quick stay with the continental breakfast that had hot food options.

Fast, friendly staff... The room was very spacious and the view was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, I really wanted to take the pillows and blankets home wirh me. It was quiet and the pool/hot tub option was just what we needed. Will definitely stay again, thank you...

We had a wonderful little getaway. Very easy breezy and super relaxing. Rooms were spacious and staff wete very nice. Location was perfect, super close to everything but didn't feel crowded or congested. We will be back in the Spring!

The patio being across from the lake was fantastic! Beautiful view was the best part. The tub extremely slow to drain. Only one of the bathroom plugs worked. Keurig machine was broken. It did get replaced but it took over an hour and I NEEDED my coffee. The kitchenette woefully under stocked (no pans, pots only and no spatulas/serving utensils..etc). Room was serviced and bed was made but used towels not replaced. The indoor pool has no bathrooms nearby. Where is everyone going pee? I’m sure the children using the pool aren’t going back to their rooms to use the toilet. We stayed during the off-season so didn’t pay premium rates, thank goodness!

Friendly staff, great for family!
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They gave us a room with easy access to the park for our dogs and kids to play. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. And the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!

Each room has a great view of the lake and the snow mountain! The room is comfortable and the staff are very nice. Will come back again next time when visiting Chelan.

Perfect weekend getaway
Our stay was absolutely perfect. From.check in to check out, everyone was so kind, joyful, helpful, and professional. The views were gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast room was lovely. We cant wait to come back.

Stay every time we visit the area.....
We always stay here when we come for a fall weekend in Lake Chelan. We love the rooms with the balcony - very spacious and great views. The breakfast is so good! Enough to keep you full for the day. FYI - we discovered the ice cream offerings at the Chevron a mile down the road...Pat's and Mikes'....go!!! Milkshakes are great. Anyway, our dogs love this spot, they play on the beach that is right below the hotel. Short drive into town to walk around and go to the gym. We love this place!
