“Ice machine not working! After 10 days and 5 hotels, this is a common theme. It’s almost like the McDonalds ice cream machines. The property was clean but the parking needs a serious refresh. Potholes and missing concrete. On the outside are red and blue lights that set a tone for the outside. From inside your room, those lights are annoying as the shades/curtains cannot block them out. The staff was friendly and courteous.”

“With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

“1st night was good except no hot water in either room. The 2nd night a big family checked into several rooms our floor. All we heard all night is doors slamming and kids running up and down the halls until about 3 in the morning and then it started again around 8 in the morning. Told front desk several times. It didn't seem to matter”

“1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. ”

“First room assigned was still dirty, had to take kids and all our luggage back downstairs to get a new room assignment. Other people we traveled with had to wait 2 hours for their room to be ready”

“For the price it was a decent value. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Smokers right outside the entry door was annoying. ”

“Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

“The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

“The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and plenty of amenities for my kids and I to enjoy, particularly the swimming pool, hot tub, and indoor gym.”
