"I have no problem with Best Western Hotels/Inns on a general basis. This was my first visit to South Carolina. We requested housekeeping services daily and were told it comes with the room (so no extra charge). Not sure what happened, but one day only one bed was made, not the other one. They never vacuumed that we could tell, and they didn't give us more toilet paper, but we had tons of towels. We had to go to the office to get more toilet paper. These are not major things, just inconvenient and a bit odd. Four days into our stay, we were in our room and someone else had a key and was trying to get in. The desk had assigned them the same room we were staying in. They had to go back to the front office to get a different room, because we were leaving the next day. The pool was closed due a problem the weather had caused. Weather is not something anyone can control, so it wasn't a big deal. Again, these are not major things, just inconvenient. I would give Best Western another chance, but if things like this happened again, that would be it."
