"We picked up the keys easily and was told that we would have to use a carpark nearby which was fine.
We got to the apartment and thought we were in the wrong place. We opened the front door, it was dark and dirty and the hall was full of tables and chairs stacked on top of each other. We went back out to make sure we were in the right place.
Going back in, we had to climb 70 steps which were winding, steep, very narrow and really dark. Some were broken to the point where the steps were very...
