“Clean, quiet, perfect location. Easy access to the beach ⛱️.”

“Peep”

“Need to have Sanibel map of sites in each room, an outdoor shower to clean off sand near tiki hut would be great! Loved toiletries. Bar is a little pricey 2 small bloody marys and one appitiser of onion rings = $50 plus tip. Your remodel is fantastic. You will see us again for a 5 day stay with more girlfriends.”

“The room was clean but pretty bare for a condo u it. The bed we had has pretty hard. The couch was stiff as a board. The bathroom only had one sink and the only mirror in the whole place. The Staff were great. Beach view was great. Only ate breakfast once at the restaurant and it was not that good and very expensive. Should have know it was not as good as we were the only ones in there.”

“Rebuilt post-hurricane so brand new throughout. Our suite was a good size and well-equipped, power blinds, nice balcony. Excellent bed and bedding. Dante’s - which a little cold and noisy - the only dining option when the Tiki bar had a private event and the Tiki bar closes at 7 in any event. Very pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent coffee service at the reception. I would come back!”

“Very nice experience and service”

“We stayed in cottage #5, the Hideaway. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, had plenty of extra items if we needed them, and the property was very centrally located to anything we may have needed on the Island.”

“Our stay at the Pink Shell was fantastic! We spent 5 nights with my Son, daughter in law and 2 Grandchildren. Wonderful resort for family. Plenty of activities for kids. Wonderful pools, restaurants and great beach for shelling. Friendly staff throughout! We hope to return sometime soon!”

“Absolutely charming place. Everything was beautiful and well kept. Beds were super comfy. Close to alot of places to eat and shop. They even have bikes available for those who want to go and explore the island that way. Can't say enough good about this little place. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Very comfortable and convenient location!”

“The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk.”

“The hotel location was great close to the beach. We had stayed there previous trips. Parking was plentiful close to room. Staff was very helpful with any issues we had. The only issue we really had was the AC was a bit noisy. Definitely, we will stay there again when we’re in the Fort Myers area and highly recommended to friends and family.”

“I would give great reviews but one thing that bothered me we prepaid for our stay at check out your are charged 40 dollars a day resort fee that was never mentioned. When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance.”

“Makes you feel at home. Impeccably kept. Joe and Maureen give attention to details and think of guest convenience and hospitality. Excellent location. Steps from beach and little stores. Sanibel is gorgeous and chill, and so is Tarpon Tales Inn.”
