"Pet friendly was our top reason for selecting this Red Roof hotel. We arrived at the hotel after dark. At check-in, the staff behind the counter seemed preoccupied with a guest issue. I was not acknowledged during my wait but the check-in went quickly once the customer service issue was resolved. I reserved a room for 4 and was given only 1 door access card. The room was clean as was the entrance to the building, the entry way, the hall ways and the parking lots. The room only had towels for 2 guests, but the housekeeping staff supplied 2 additional bath towel on request the next morning and did so promptly. There was an ice bucket in the room but I could not locate an ice machine in the building we stayed in. Otherwise, we and our dog and enjoyed the comfortable beds during our 2 day stay."
