Unique stay
Very kind, talkative and supportive owner, unique 300y old facility but you should be inform about some negative aspects (musty and dump air in the room, not appropriate for small kids, mybe some air fresher reccomended). Exellent restaurant in walking distance, great environment for your doggy. However, do not be surprise that you have to pay additional fee for your pet - €30 per night (?).

It was a real pleasure to share Axel and Guys home a most original b&b from the quirky stairs to the help yourself drinks cellar. A beautiful home made breakfast which was different every day. Spending time in the peaceful garden at the end of the day was a delight. I would recommend to anyone looking for an out of town location.

Sehr schönes uriges Haus mit einer grossen gartenanlage. Frühstücken ist draußen möglich. Die gastgeberin ist künstlerlin, dass sieht man an der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Sehr leckeres frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das nahegelegene Restaurant Peppermole. Lage ist sehr gut, fa Brügge und die strände va 20 Minuten mit dem auto entfernt sind.

Grande deception
Très décevant. La chambre est sombre et les lampes éblouissent. Ce choix de couleur sombre bleue foncée associée à des éclairages éblouissant est très étonnant et bien désagréable. Ça ne tient pas de l'éclairage tamisé et intime mais plutôt d'une sensation de cécité éblouie par la cataracte qui nous prépare à une avancé dabs le grand âge. D'autant plus que la montée des escaliers est scabreuse et ressemble à des escaliers de grenier. Le beau feu de cheminée promis sur la photo du site est absent ou il est allumé le matin au petit-déjeuner sans suffire à réchauffer l'atmosphère. Le beau bain à remous dehors promis sur la photo du site est hors service. Bref, un séjour bien sombre dans tous les sens du terme. Seul point positif un petit-déjeuner Royal frais et maison. Qui n'a cependant pas suffit à faire passer la mauvaise pilule

We had the best time at Pronkenburg! It felt like home away from home! The place is beautiful!!! The rooms are very comfortable, impeccably clean and perfectly stocked with all toiletries and luxurious bath robes. The entire place is so cozy you don't feel like leaving. Our hostess is most welcoming and accommodating. She really makes her guest feel special. Every detail in home was looked over including special care in regards to security due to the pandemic. The bedrooms, the living room, the beautiful fireplace both in our room and in the living room and the outdoor garden are exquisite! We will definitely come back hopefully many times! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Bruges and enjoy the beautiful nature of the area.

The property is gorgeous! The owners are really nice as well! One thing we wish we knew beforehand was breakfast was an additional cost. With that being said, breakfast was amazing and well worth the additional cost!

Una muy mala experiencia.
No es un hotel, no tiene recepción, es un AIRB & B, no ofrecen transporte y un taxi al sitio cuesta entre 40 y 50 euros, la estación del tren queda a 2 km y solo esta activa hasta las 19:00, nada de eso se informa en la aplicación, por el contrario se dice que cuenta con todas las facilidades lo que es una total mentira. Reserve por dos días pero solo me quede una noche y le explicamos a los dueños el gran problema de transporte pero igual nos cobraron las dos noches.

Zoals ik al in mijn mail naar u stuurde, wij zijn geen hotel maar een b&b. Die 6 km gelegen is van Brugge. Wij stelden voor u te komen halen aan het station van Lissewege( gratis service) Maar doordat u te laat was en de laatste trein niet kon nemen, heeft u een taxi moeten nemen, want u werd een huur auto geweigerd. Daardoor bent u ook een dag vroeger vertrokken. Op u reservatie formulier staan de voorwaarden van de annulatie. In de toekomst zou u toch beter u reservatie formulier lezen De incheck is van 10:00 tot 21:00. Ik heb een uitzondering voor u gemaakt omdat u later aankwam. Jullie zouden beter in de toekomst een hotel kiezen waar er wel een receptie is en die 24 op 24 open zijn.

Très bon endroit à retenir. A conseiller.
Très bon accueil du couple qui nous reçoit, sourire et humour! Décoration surprenante et atypique mais bien! Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux près du feu dans la cheminée. Pour les très grands, faites attention aux poutres dans une des chambres. Chambre et sdb nickels. Très beau site et beau jardin calme. Nos hôtes étaient très attentionnés, tout en étant discrets.

Base for exploring Flanders
We had a wonderful stay during three nights at Pronkenburg. The place is lovely and the owners are sweet and service minded. The room was very clean and charmingly decorated. We used Pronkenburg as a base for exploring the region as it is close to Brügge, Gent, Brussels and Lille. The B&B is very close to the village of Lissewege which is worth a visit.

とても可愛いホテルで庭も部屋も広かったです。ブルージュまで車で10分強の立地ですが静かで良かった。 オーナーの老夫婦も2匹のシェパードも親切でした。朝食は1人15ユーロですがとても素敵でした。 お風呂のお湯がよく切れるのと、部屋に鍵がついていないのが気になる方にはオススメしません。

Sehr spezielles Hotel in der Nähe des Hafen.
Hotel war sehr speziell. Sehr altmodischer Steal. Hatte aber Charm. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Einziges Ärgernis waren die 40€ pro Tag fürs Zustellbett. Wobei wir vorher das Familienzimmer gebucht hatten für 5 Personen.

Great place to go for a nice, calm weekend. Wonderful for kinds, as the owners keep two beautiful dogs to play with. The garden is extremely pretty and picturesque, including a large table for breakfasts or any other use. Also, the people were highly helpful and offered us free Brugge-area beer as a welcoming gift. The major part to keep in mind, while booking this place is the importance of having a car, because the closes train station is about 35 minute walk away.

Tranquil and perfectly located
Axel and Guy are great hosts and clearly enjoy what they do after 15 years of providing this facility a warm, friendly, welcoming and informative greeting awaits. Their property is superb, full of character, unique and is located in a most peaceful setting yet still close to the main road links for nearby cities and attractions. Good breakfast and our room was very clean indeed. We will be back, thank you both! Mr & Mrs Brock from England.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The BB is in an old building full of character and artwork making it a very interesting stay, and the extensive gardens provided a great place to relax.

It was truly magical stay in the beautiful peaceful settings of the B&B Pronkenburg. We had the restful stay in the lovely family room with converted attic for kids bedroom; fantastic big breakfasts - changed daily with vast choices and superb friendly atmosphere. They have always made us felt very welcome and cared for. Great dogs and stunning horse were just additional attractions to our experience. The true experience of Bruges
We stayed for three nights. the breakfast is home made and very delicious! the House is an old 1700 belgian mansion with a beautiful big garden. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is about 10 miles away from the center of Bruges, but very easily manageable with a car. In our case, we did not have one so they were always very king to give us a ride to the nearest station to go to Bruges or elsewhere north. The location is central if you want to move around it. you get to have the true countrified/cosy experience in an very warm and welcoming environment. It is like time travelling for a while!

Das B&B Pronkenburg liegt perfekt für Urlauber die sowohl Brügge und weitere Städte in der Nähe, als auch die Nordseeküste erkunden wollen. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung entsprochen. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen und bei Sonnenschein den schönen Garten genießen. Sie sollten unbedingt das Frühstück buchen - es lohnt sich und schmeckt wunderbar! Das B&B Pronkenburg empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind!

Propietarios muy atentos y amables, habitaciones con encanto, muy bien ambientadas. Lugar muy tranquilo, desayunos excelentes!! Ideal para un viaje romántico.
