โHolly and Chrissie at the front desk are exceptional! They were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of the area. The hot breakfast included waffles (an absolute MUST in my book). The rooms are dated but the price and friendly staff make up the difference. The cleanliness, the water pressure and parking... All top notch. We were able to hang out with friends in the small patio area (there was a grill available to guests also) instead of having to go to somewhere. I recommend ๐โ
โMy husband stayed here for a week to attend a nearby event. We have both stayed here before. He said the included breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be, with no low-carb or protein options (he's diabetic) - just toast, kids' cereal and bananas - so all his breakfasts were at a nearby diner. Still, it's a good, clean place to stay. Pool is great. Housekeeping is minimal (since COVID) and only on request. Customer service is *excellent* - polite and responsive.โ

โNothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room.
