"Excellent price for a super clean and modern hotel close to the airport. I got to the hotel about an hour before usual check in after a 9 hour flight and they thankfully allowed me to check in early and didn’t charge extra. Staff were very informative and helpful too. I know where I’ll be staying next time I fly from Heathrow. Thanks all!"

"Close to Heathrow and what you'd expect from an Ibis, no frills, clean room and bath. One issue is the shuttle is not operated by the hotel but a private company and costs £7 each way. In the morning, trying to get back to the airport, the shuttle was late and didn't bother stopping to pick us up. There was a flight attendant waiting and she suggested I use a regular city bus from across the street. A lot cheaper and about the same time to get there. So, I went with the Ibis initially because it says they have a shuttle, which is not entirely true."

"Clean room - wonderful staff- executive lounge ok- food at happy hour was not as great but wine and beer were unlimited. Breakfast was quite good. Lobby is very nice and restaurant on site is lovely. Wish pool and gym were not on ground floor- no windows."
