“Staff were very attentive, polite and explained what needed to know, checked us in very quickly and show to our room. Room was clean and stocked with pkenty of tea, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable and nice fresh bedding and towels, toiletries were supplied. Food in the restaurant was very nice and a good price and generous portions. ”

“A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”

“We had a great welcome and were shown to our fabulous room. Spacious and well decorated, it had a great spread of tea and coffee with real milk in the fridge! Comfortable bed and new, good quality bedding. Plenty of drawers and hanging space. Sofa and desk for daily activities. Tha bathroom had the best walk in shower setting we have seen so far! Great pub with excellent food and drinks selection. But what it made it really special was the staff, customer service was really excellent, and...

“The room was spacious and spotless. It had everything to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows tea coffee and milk ironing board with iron.The room was lovely and warm which was great as it was freezing outside. There's an added bonus of being attached to a pub selling food as well all of which was reasonably priced. Its 15 minutes from Bristol airport which was great. We will definitely be staying again next time we fly from Bristol ”

“Friendly and helpful staff, the decor was very tasteful and so relaxing after a busy day exploring the beautiful city. The breakfast was delicious continental AND a lovely cook breakfast option too.. perfect poached eggs! We stayed saturday- sunday and found plenty of parking available between 11am-midday.”
