โYou need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . โThe staff was kind, inviting and prompt. Breakfast has quite a large variety, compared to othere nearby hotels. Omelette and oatmeal was especially good! The bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped. Holyyoke mall, Target, and Bestbuy are located in 5 less than 5 minute drive.

โI don't recommend this hotel. Arriving around 19:30, which was not outrageously late, the room we were assigned was a room accessible for the handicapped. The problem was that the staff did not give any account of this before we found it out with all the luggage in front of the door. The floor plan of the room is a little different, which was not really convenient for us.
