โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
โThe room was good, quiet. The bed was adequate. I didn't like the property in front of the hotel as it looked abandoned, not kept up and that made the area appear unsafe. โ
โIt was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didnโt use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

โGreat stay. Comfortable and clean room. Just outside of the congested Cleveland city area. Close enough to take a 10 minute ride into town but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. โ
โIt is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. โ

โDanielle st front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Sabrina in housekeeping was very friendly and assisted us with what we needed. Maureen at breakfast watched my support dog, Faith while I got my breakfast. All of the housekeeping, front desk and maintenance staff were really friendly.โ

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. "
