Perfect for a family gathering - spring for the suites and stay at the Aiden portion of the property. The water park staff (except for one exceptionally rude bartender at the adult pool bar) were friendly, courteous and attentive to swimmers and all patrons. We will definitely be back.

I like the stay but wouldn’t stay again. I choose the place thinking it was a hotel with a waterpark but the reality it’s a very simple place very close to the waterpark. Well located but not comfortable enough with a hotel vibe. The waterpark was good enough but super cold water, which is also fine. Food as the usual, not healthy but they have the basic fast food. The staff was very helpful and nice. They even let us check out a bit later which I really appreciate it. I wish I new before choosing the place, I was looking something more “hotel style”. My kids love the place, good for families that are looking for a simple stay very close to a waterpark.

The staff are so friendly, the beds are so comfy and there are even yard games for the kids out front. We would definitely come again! Bring socks to the bouncy park and clothes if you forget socks they sell for $2 ea, plenty of food options inside and places to sit also very staffed for safety through out the water and the inflatable park

The water park was amazing. I have 0 complaints regarding the water park and i would definitely bring my family back. The hotel was another story. I was on a first floor and the person above me was walking around and banging things all night. Also the room smelt moldy among other smells. The beds were good I was comfortable in that regard.

Absolutely wonderful time with my children one of whom is in a wheelchair. First time we ever found a water park that was fully accessible. I never thought he would be able to enjoy water slides but at Cape Cod Family Resort he enjoyed everything!

Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides.

This place was nasty! Bathroom was filthy, shower was grossly nasty and the room smelt like wet dog and mold. Sticky stuff all over the trim, and the night time staff are rude and act like they’re too annoyed to help you and actually do their job. I would not recommend this place to anybody!
