Another person had to call to have her tub cleaned. Was given two complimentary breakfast vouchers for our experience. Chose to leave for other reasons. Only stayed one night. Booked through third party . Surprise fees were parking and a $200 hold on my card for incidentals. , fees fur WiFi. Am accustomed to Hampton who provides a mini fridge and continental breakfast. Location was the selling point but it worth it when you have to pay for anything that is usually provided even at the small motels . Not impressed with hotel. Front staff was the greatest "

"Nice, clean room. Kitchen was fine, not pots or cooking stuff but I didn't know we would have a kitchen. Staff was friendly and personable. Parking was fine, $10 per night, would have liked it to be free."

"Good sized room with lots of storage and a king size bed. Breakfast was outstanding with a large dining room set with real table clothes. Good location a block from river."

"The hotel is going through some upgrades, but I don't believe they have completed the work. The rooms have been upgraded, however I am not terribly impressed. Good size rooms, but too stark and sterile. Scale of furniture is off for size of room. They could also use some area rugs to warm up the otherwise sterile feeling. Looks like it was designed on a dime. Staff was polite and helpful. I had prepaid my room but they charged me twice and held $700 on my debit card for over 5 days which is not cool. Area was convenient for my reasons to be there, but there is nothing going on at night. It's a little depressing."
