"Had issue with the bathtub that I asked to be looked at while we were out. When we returned I checked the tub and it appeared as though nothing had been fixed. I again called for a repair. The property repair man arrived very quickly and showed me that he had indeed repaired it. I felt foolish and apologized for wasting his time. He was so pleasant and had nothing but kindness towards me. Straight professionalism!"
