“I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

“Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great. The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! ”

“It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.”

“The place is older and hasn't seen the best of maintenance in recent years it seems. The door to the bathroom in our room did not close due to misalignment. The shower stall had mold in the corners. The room itself smelled and felt damp. Nobody on site to complain to so we lived with it. Considering our experience and what was paid we would not come back unless other options were booked up. Yes the place is cheaper than a lot in the area however it was still overpriced in our eyes.”
