"Although dated, this property is priced correctly. Clean and orderly, a comfortable bed and quiet room. The "resort fee" is unnecessary...no real amenities."

"Property is not as luxurious as the site photos look. The staff were friendly and security were always near especially when a group of Spanish speaking guests were lighting off their portable bbq in front of their room smoking up the rooms above them. The Turtle restaurant needed a bar tender. The guests next door were a bunch of young people who some didn’t have a room key and would bang on their room door both Fri and Sat mornings at 3am. I would stay again only during a weekday, it’s Havasu, a lot of young people partying on the weekend."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Cheap eats at bourbon. Everything you need at the general store. Beach access."

"Our room was nice and the beds were comfy. Check-in was fast and the woman was so pleasant."

"Room was terrible. Old, dirty and worn out. Needs to be remodeled or torn down. Very thin walls and no shelter from outside noise. Stayed there a week for work and they never cleaned the room once, even after asking them to. Cancelled the rest of my stay and moved down the street. "

"The suites were roomy. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The limited breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Slept well both nights. Comfy bed."
