"The pleasant experience starts at the check-in reception. The staff are cheerful and friendly. Always ready to answer our queries. Buffet breakfast is provided. We visited Santa Claus and the Arctic Circle line. Posted cards home at the Post Office with their unique stamps. The cabins are clean although a little dated. The room is large and nicely lighted on the outside. The shops are reasonable in prices although the restaurant is more pricey. I would recommend this place especially if you like Santa Claus or have children. "

"Elizabeth was excellent helping us check in and we ended up upgrading to the jacuzzi. It was well worth it and a wonderful place I was lucky enough to enjoy the northern lights from. Food menu was limited but lovely and reasonable prices including the bar. "
