“I’m a young woman and traveled solo. The hotel staff took a few mins to let me in, but it was ok- he was friendly and helpful. Having the police station two doors down added a good safety factor in addition to keypad entries on the main door and bedroom doors was nice as well. My room was nice and comfortable and the decor was very authentic- I loved the stained glass! I drove 5 mins to the historic downtown for dinner. Nice quaint place. Very quiet.”

“Beautiful inn appointed with loads of wonderful furnishings and decor. Our hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was lovely, clean, and quiet. We stayed two days and breakfast the first morning consisted of orange juice, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, or other drinks, bacon, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The next morning, all of the above, but substituting Belgian waffles for pancakes. All delicious. ”

“The staff was outstanding! Especially James on the evening shift. The breakfast buffet was well maintained and offered a great variety of yummy options. The only negative was that the hot tub was closed for repairs.”
