"Room was fairly well maintained and clean overall. Comfortors looked dingy and as if they needed a good deep clean. Our friends in another room had to call to get their linens replaced as there comforter was obviously soiled. The window curtains are sheer and the thicker outer curtains don't close all the way across-which is annoying if you get the bright lights from the parking lot shining in all night. Breakfast was minimal but adequate for a grab and go- bagels, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, bananas/apples. We were in town for a soccer tournament so the room was fine for what we needed- decent price, close to a lot of restaurants and less than 10 minutes to the soccer complex."

"Room was dirty., shower was not clean Bed and rug dirty Urine in the toilet . Asked for a refund told me I had to wait till Monday to speak to one .offered to upgrade room but we were exhausted and didn’t want to move everything . Pool and jacuzzi were closed most of the time we were there for maintenance after being told the jacuzzi WAS BRAND new. Left the keys on the counter because no one came when I rang the bell "
