Drury Inn & Suites Bowling Green

"This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by everything! The property was well maintained, clean, and the staff were very friendly… even when you passed a cleaning staff member in the hall they paused and said hello with a smile. It was refreshing to see this level of engagement at all levels, not just from the front desk. I don’t know if this is a Drury brand standard or just reflective of the local management, but kudos to all for running what I would say is a 5-star facility."

"This was my second stay at Sleep Inn North, and I chose it again mainly because of the convenient location. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and overall the property feels cared for. However, my room did have a few issues this time. The comforter had a visible stain, and the bathroom door showed a lot of fingerprints that became even more noticeable after a steamy shower. When I arrived, the tissue box had only one tissue left. I called the front desk, but instead of bringing a replacement, I was asked to come downstairs to pick it up myself. The stay wasn’t terrible, but these small details made a difference. With a bit more attention to room preparation and guest convenience, this hotel could easily deliver a much better experience."
