“Michelle and Maddie made my stay very pleasant. When I first came in Maddie helped me get settled.Needed an adjustment to my room and she took care of it. Michelle made sure that everything was available for breakfast for me in spite of the pancake maker having a temporary clog. So nice to stay at a place where people will make the extra effort! Both women helped me with my bags. Great place to stay.”

“This in was such an unexpected find. From the outside it looks like an old fashioned roadside motel but they’ve done a beautiful renovation / upgrade and the rooms are spacious and modern with nice touches like healthy snacks , a good coffee machine, noise machine , super comfy bed. Bathtub is always a nice plus. Second surprise is that breakfast is all homemade and delicious. I mentioned on the phone that a family member has a dairy allergy, and there were 2 dairy free homemade baked goods...

“The Willows Motel is a hidden Gem in Massachusetts. I spent a weekend in Williamstown at the Willows Motel and I have to say, everything was perfect. From the room to the staff, we were welcomed and well received. The breakfast was amazing and freshly done every morning. I felt at home away from home. I would return tomorrow morning if given the opportunity. ”
