“Clean, quiet, friendly, no frills but everything needed. Mattresses were very good.”

“Would not stay there again, management keyed another individual to our room and gave access to it not 10 minute after we checked in. When called to rectify the situation blew it of to a simple mistake and never really apologized for it. Although the room was listed as non smoking the smell of old smoke could still be smelled in the room. I have stay Econolodges before and they have not been bad! This one should be looked at by corporate.”

“This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.”

“My room has bright enough light. The light switch configuration was a bit tricky, but just try all the switches until you find the right one. I let them know that the upper plug outlet in the bathroom wasn't working- so they took note and will have it repaired for next time. There was enough in the room - most importantly, wifi, nice bed, and reasonable amount of toiletries for the bathroom and shower. Also, the continental breakfast here is amazing and this is what makes them stand out!”

“Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay.”

“The staff was a husband & wife ownership. They were very nice. The wife was helpful giving us recommendations on where to go. They were accommodating placing a bigger refrigerator in our room for all our perishables. The only drawbacks was the pool was out of commission on the hottest weekend of the summer, Due to the rain. The bathroom was big but only had 1 hook to hang a towel on. There was no storage to place clothes on while taking a shower or getting dressed only back of toilet or floor....

“firstly listed at great barrington but really 12 to 15 minutes from town , i got spider bites on my foot from sleeping , not fun , i waited almost an hour for a staff member to fix my tv remote , and to add insult to injury i had to leave a day early due to up coming inclement weather, and of course had to pay for the extra day . i know thats on me . i should have booked just one day , i could have stayed a second day and paid then if the weather cooperated due to the site was mostly vacant . i...

“The pictures shown on your site are not representative of this motel. We pulled into the drive and turned around and left without even checking in. There was debris leaning on the building outside of several rooms, the landscaping and parking lot was over grown. You could not even see the pool from how overgrown the weeds and bushes are. If the outside is this unkempt there was little expectation of the condition of the rooms. So disappointing that the online photos are so deceptive.”
