“Great hotel and resptful staff”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a fantastic hotel, very professionally managed. The breakfast is of a very high standard. Some of the presentation is a work of art! The dining staff are quietly efficient. Free parking slots are available around the hotel and further parking in the basement. It is a 30 min walk to the mosque and quite well placed for most historical sight seeing on the south side of Madinah. The reception staff are friendly and booking in process was quick. “Næsten nyt hotel og alting fremstår som nyt. Virkelig fin standard for et 4-stjernet hotel. Men det bedste var nok personalet; der er ikke en jeg kan fremhæve, men alle (i både reception, concierge, restauranten) var servicemindede og smilende og hjælpsomme og gjorde det til et rigtigt rart sted at være. Jeg kommer igen en anden gang😀”

“There was a spot of fecal matter on the bidet hose nozzle, our room key cards stopped working twice and the fire exit was blocked at the bottom of the stairwell. Otherwise it was a great stay overall”
