“Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The shuttle bus to the Kaabah was convenient. The restaurant had nice good and the hotel was close to the haram.”

“Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi”

“When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down. ”

“Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. “Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....
