"This hotel is well situated near public transportation and many shops. The staff are amazing and very very helpful. We had some issues with luggage arriving and they made calls and emails on our behave. The communication was amazing. I would stay here again!!"

"Wonderful hotel - great location - easy train and airport transportation. 5 min walk to the OM and TY lines with quick access to anywhere in Tokyo. Surrounding walking neighborhood is great with plenty of stores and restaurants. Hotel staff is great and super helpful. Hotel property is also beautiful and perfectly maintained!"
