Western Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture hotel rooms at the Tokyu Hotels

"Sadly we were only able to stay 1 or the 2 nights we reserved at Mustard Hotel due to a flight issue. However, yesterday when we checked in everything was still arranged and ready for our arrival. The staff were amazingly kind, friendly, and courteous to us. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room to a large balcony room and gave us some breakfast tickets as well. What a lovely gesture! The room itself was very nice and spacious (from what we understand rooms can be small in Tokyo). We didn’t feel cramped or like the room was too small. Beds were very comfortable and the duvets were soft. The aircon worked perfectly and the shower was piping hot with tons of water pressure. Lastly, location of the hotel. I was a little worried it was too out of the way. But, the hotel ended up being about a 10 minute walk from many late night restaurants. All in all, what a lovely stay, too bad it was only one for 1 night. But between the lovely staff and the cool laid back vibe the hotel offers, we’ll definitely be back! "

"2nd time staying in a hostel so comparing it to the past and mostly because of cleanliness. It’s a basic hostel. It wasn’t dirty, but definitely the room needed a sweeping and checking linens for left over hairs from previous guests. They seemed clean, just needs maybe a lint roll. It worked for one night. "
