"It took us about an hour to get checked in the kiosk didn’t work initially they had the wrong room for us When we got to our room, there was water leaking through the bathroom vent from the floor above No one really communicated took over an hour and a half to get a new room. We did not receive an upgrade or I’m sorry or anything. I’ve stayed there other Caesars properties before I would not stay there again."

"The hotel and all of its amenities are beautiful, but it is really hard to find a place to eat unless all of your meals are pre-planned well in advance and all reservations made. There is also a lot of walking required as onsite directions are hard to follow."
