"Hotel staff was non existent, Not one person greeted us at the hotel. We had to ask where check in was from a food vendor at the front door. You have to check in using a kiosk if that kiosk is working. Then you’re directed over to another counter to activate your key. Keys were not restocked because no physical human is monitoring them. Rooms were clean but old. No in room refrigerator or coffee machine. You get shampoo, hand soap, body wash and lotion no conditioner. I’ve had better toiletries provided at holiday inn express. Vegas is a late night city so if you return from your event hungry you better eat somewhere else because all food options close at 11pm. The buffet is only open from 7am-2pm. Food court is way overpriced. The outside of the hotel was clean but looks run down. I don’t believe I ever saw the train actually ever stop at the hotels station either. However it is a short convenient walk to allegiant stadium. 2 nights and 100 + for hotel fees for what ? We were very disappointed."
