"Spacious, well-appointed room and beautiful property. No complaints! Be mindful that a hold is placed on your card for incidentals, in addition to your room rate. I believe the hold is around $100/day but there’s a cap for longer stays. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile when I required assistance. Easy transport to the strip and other hotels via free tram. Great restaurants and bars inside the hotel and concierge is very helpful with recommendations if you want to venture out."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. The access to the casino and the “Magnificent Mile” shopping and dining facility was very convenient. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well appointed.I would recommend this facility to others planning to stay in Las Vegas."

"I did not like the self "check-in that was confusing. After a 4 hrs flight then waiting almost 2 hrs for the shuttle bus to the hotel. Had to stand in line to check in juggle my carry on and suitcase to produce my credit card for check in. Then try too find our rooms. The hotel is very big. It was a whole day waisted. We went to the food court to find something to eat. Since it was late. This was a nice option. Got our reward cards (exceptional service from the cashier. Very friendly. ) I really liked her. Then tried to find my daughter and her husband. Who came in on a different flight. She had to produce her cc card to pay the fee. Since I was paying for both rooms. This also was a bit of a confusion. Had a wonderful time after all that. But could not do all that we had planned. All in all had a good time."
