"From the time we checked in to the time we left I was not happy at all with The Centennial... Especially considered they are part of the Davenport name. We went to Spokane for a concert, arrived about an hour before check in hoping we could leave our bags and go start enjoying the evening. We were informed of good news that our room was ready, only to be told it would be an extra $35 for an "early" check in. We declined and said we would come back and asked if we could leave our car park while we waited... That would be an extra $15! We got back to our room after the concert (about 11:30pm) and noticed the fridge was making a loud knocking sound making it hard to sleep. So we tried turning on the TV to drowned out the noise only to find out our TV didn't work. Being so late we just F@ck it and tried to get what sleep we could. With the fridge still making a horrible noise early in the morning we both decided to cut our losses and go home. We informed the front desk of our bad stay, and they didn't seem to care at all, and then on top of that charged us another $20 convenience fee! We are already paying a premium price to stay at this hotel, and the lack of service and quality, paired with the nickle and diming mentality, we will never be staying at a Davenport hotel EVER again! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DON'T CARE!!! "

"The hotel was lovely, but there were signs all over the parking lot telling us about a fee to park in the hotel lot. Like, in their OWN PARKING LOT where we were staying as guests. We asked about it and was told it was a new program and parking would be $15. I protested, since we are literally guests of the hotel. The clerk told us she'd comp us the parking fee, which is great. BUT THERE SHOULDN'T BE A FEE TO BEGIN WITH! We were LITERALLY staying in that hotel, which we chose so we'd be close to the airport and able to return the rental car the next morning. I'd have NEVER reserved a room if I'd known you were going to charge a fee to park there. "

"Pros: The breakfast was amazing! Great location. Comfy beds. Cons: The hot tub was disgusting. Green algae and poorly maintained. The room was just OK. Stained carpet and hair in the bathroom."

"Parking was actually the easiest thing! Breakfast was a horrible disappointment! When I booked the room I also paid extra for the breakfast, assuming it was the same as the Courtyard by Marriott a couple miles down the road. It was NOT! So much money for breakfast, but such a very small selection of items! Staff - desk clerk seemed quite bothered when I checked in. Did not bother to explain where the very few amenities were located. "
