Shuttle took us to the mall, we appreciated that. There was a youth soccer tournament locally that weekend and the kids staying there were running around in the halls yelling up until midnight, we did not appreciate that.

We just got off a cruise and we needed a quiet place to rest before heading home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed at citizen M on our way to the cruise. It was nice but not for older folks. No coffee maker, microwave and the room was small. We’ll be choosing a more comfortable place, like Hampton Inn when we travel.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the area and how to get to downtown Seattle. The shuttle was available to take you to nearby places like the mall area, the metro train to downtown and airport. One complaint, the sheets would not stay on the bed.
