"The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade."

"Payed in full online then got charged again without notice when I checked in. The next morning when I went to tell staff tha they charged me twice they acted as it was my fault that I got charged again and made me go through the process of calling Expedia to get a refund. After two hours of calling the staff came to truck and said they called Expedia. But I had no confirmation email or nothing . Later that day I called Expedia an found out tha the staff had not called and I got charged a third time from hotel they said it was an accident. DO NOT STAY HERE "

"The elevator didn’t work, room was never clean"

"Horrible experience, there were BUGS all over the bed and under the bed. When we informed management, they did not care and stated they would send someone to “change the sheets” and then tried to say that it was because we had left the sliding door open. We did not leave the sliding door open. The property refused to give us a refund because it was not booked directly with them. They also could not move us to another room due to no availability, which we understood and just wanted our money back. The employee who went and changed the sheets was also recording and taking pictures when he realized more bugs came out from the wooden bed frame.!! It was so disgusting and HORRIBLE! "

"A ton of fruit flies/gnats in the rooms. Had to hang fly ribbons. Water leaked from the ceiling on my bed and in the bathroom. Big wet spot on the floor. Will not be coming back!"

"The overall stay was good. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was when we checked in. It looked like it had been recently updated and clean, except for the shower head. It definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk clerk argued a little about the shower when I notified her. But that didn't ruin my experience. I didn't check out the breakfast snacks, but she did tell me there were some available. It is also very convenient to great food and easy I10 access. I would stay here again. "
