"I stayed in the king suite with a balcany. A bit of a wait for check in but it went smoothly. The warm cookie was delicious. Plenty of space to hang out with others after the main event in the suite. The room is outdated and the carpet and furniture need to be cleaned. There was no pation chairs for the balcony to sit and enjoy. There's a kitchen but no pots/pans or utensils available. This would have made the stay better because all I needed to do is order groceries and have them delievered to cook. I was able to bring my leftovers and heat up in the microwave. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Our food was cold. I won't eat there again. I tried to order room service on sunday night and was told it wasn't available I had to order from the bar and pick it up. Also, the website states hotel shuttle available to the airport. This is not true. The pool area was spacious and I was able to enjoy without a crowd. The hotel was overall clean."

"It ok. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. There was an unpleasant odor—including the smell of cigarette smoke—and the space wasn't very clean. I also didn't feel the area was particularly safe. That said, the staff and support team were very friendly and enthusiastic. Even after breakfast, they continued to provide coffee and drinks."

"Wonderful location in the galleria area of Houston, I had to get to areas in downtown and Memorial Park so this is equidistant and safe and trendy area. It really feels like you are living in a one-bedroom apartment so feels like home after a long day. Great customer service too, everyone was so friendly. I just deducted a point since the furniture is noticeably a bit worn (especially in the lobby area) and some areas could use a fresh coat of paint for a four-star hotel. For what you pay for to be in this nice location of town though perhaps that is the trade off."
