“The room was ok but had some red dye dripped down radiator.morning staff were useless two girls chatting instead of working and no breakfast was replaced so waiting over 30 min for food and then no other items of food left ”

“The staff are very kind and welcoming, the roast dinner carvery and breakfast are 10/10. Very British, great quality service. Rooms are clean and tidy, pool and spa needs a little updating/fixing small wear&tear such as stairs to pool and pool flooring. Driving range is great fun, nice local woodland walk/park. Apart from very small maintenance issues, perfect stay. Will always return :) Relaxed and traditional atmosphere. ”

“Stayed for one night in Feb for a gig at the LCR. Booked a single room..number 75. Check in was easy. Receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Have to get through an electronic door and then one you open with your room key, so it felt very secure. I found all areas spotless. Room was bigger than I was expecting, with a nice sized bathroom. Was supplied with 3 towels. Bed was clean and squishy with two comfortable pillows. It was heated nicely. The bathroom IS a wet room, but...
