“We booked this last minute for a stay the night before a morning flight and got a very good rate. So good we really didn't expect much so when we saw the size of the room and facilities we were pleasantly surprised. Had we have paid full price we probably wouldn't have been. It's very old, very tired and really needs a refresh. The building and grounds are lovely and the pub just down the road does really good. So if you get it at the right price it's definitely worth it.”
