"The Neptune is right downtown in Providence, so would be useful for business travel etc. Saturday night is very noisy below on the street with Irish bars nearby (maybe not so loud in the back.) The decor is wonderfully quirky and lobby full of art books. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there."
