“Our stay was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed. They went above and beyond. The room was very clean. The hotel overall was very clean. Breakfast was really good. There was only one small thing and that the water pressure was very light. And the water did not get hot. I enjoyed my stay so much that I forgot to mention that to the front desk.”

“I have stayed here 3 times now and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. The staff is the best! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home.”

“Over all everything was terrific. Every interaction with staff was positive. They was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and the breakfast was awesome! The cinnamon rolls was the best!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Place is dated but very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Good for a place to stay near Joe Wheeler State Park.”

“Quiet & helpful staff!”

“The property was in a great location. Our room (220) could use some maintenance to get it back to the potential it has. Otherwise the breakfast and staff were great!”

“I requested a bridge/river view with a king sized bed. What I got was a king sized room with a view of the... parking lot. So much for a romantic view!”

“Absolutely one of the best stays the wife and I have ever had!! Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Super clean and cozy room! Plenty of room. Wish I could have stayed there longer! 10/10!!! No complaints at all. Breakfast was also amazing. Waffles were excellent!”

“Great breakfast!! Thanks, Martha!! Front desk gentleman is so very kind. 😊”

“The pictures and description of this hotel were misleading. The property was rundown, the room had a bad smell. The beds were clean but overall the room was not great. I was with my mother, daughter and her friend so the room was not great for us. It seemed more geared toward working folks passing through town. There were many utility vehicles in the parking lot. The interior of the hotel was kind of dark and dingy. I don't know this area at all but I did not feel very safe. I would not stay...

“Enjoyed the stay and the room was nice.”
