“Easy on/off the highway. Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a large choice.”

“Very helpful, friendly staff. Seemed a bit short of help, had to ask for breakfast to be made. Rooms OK, but, again a staff problem (short handed), and perhaps an expectation level needs to increase.”

“We really enjoyed this unique train-themed property.”

“We had a few bugs in room.”

“The check in person appeared to be a little racist”

“Pool was not open 😥”

“Nice, clean, pet friendly room. Off the main highway but close enough to everything. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in the area.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this motel; the room was very clean, the bed linens were impeccably white and smelled perfectly fresh, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and everything was very well organized and clean. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is quite large There are entertainment areas that are closed No breakfast services available It appears that in previous years it was a wonderful place The rooms are large but the carpet and paint are in need of improvement It is just across the Sturbridge village”
