“Check in and check out was a disaster! I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening”

“The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was.”
