“We've been staying at the Icona Diamond Beach for over a decade. We like the ocean views and the location between Cape May and Wildwood. The rooms are typically well kept, and we like that there is a separate bedroom area. The staff is generally friendly, especially Erika at the front desk. We wish the resort fees were waived or substantially reduced in the off-season. We've also become increasingly frustrated in recent years that parking is often difficult on weekend nights when the Icona hosts...

“Staff very helpful and professional. Cleaning staff helpful with requests. We stayed for two nights, had a room with two large king beds, that were very comfortable. We had a small issue with the heating system. At first it was quite chilly in the room. The cleaning lady showed us how to adjust the heat and it worked well the rest of our stay. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Food and service was great 😊 Would stay again and recommend it to others too 👍”
