very polite staff at desk. room was clean-only negative is stains on carpet that should be either cleaned or replaced. With breakfast very nice--only suggestion is to have (2) containers for regular coffee-had to wait twice for containers to be refilled.

Always a clean room. Polite staff. Lady at the desk is her usual unhappy person type. She appears that way on our last several stays! The rest of the staff is overly nice! One of the better places to stay .

The front desk staff were extremely nice. I felt very safe seeing security walk around. We showed up around 2 am. I was able to call and confirm that I could still check in with no problems. There was even free breakfast in the morning!
