The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front office clerk Kendra was great and showed a lot of hospitality. Overall I would not return to this property.

This hotel is nice and clean. The employee that checked us in was very friendly! We appreciate the wall mounted toiletries and the good breakfast. They had many sports teams staying while we where there and the breakfast was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location is awesome!

This was the first time I had ever stayed at a TRU by Hilton and I was very impressed! Staff was extremely friendly hotel was very very clean and the beds were comfortable. This particular TRU was close to several eating establishments and entertainment venues And we could’ve probably walked to anything that we desired! I will definitely be staying here again!

First, Patrick was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly and telling us about the hotels amenities. Next, we ordered an accessible room since I’m visually impaired and to our liking the bathroom was wonderful with a step in shower instead of a bathtub and there were plugs that were low enough for wheelchair to reach. Very comfortable and very clean. Patrick checked in, by Text, frequently to make sure everything was going all right, and that was much appreciated. at one point, we returned back to the hotel pretty late at night and there was a guy waiting in the parking lot for someone to try and let him in. We were very glad that the doors were secure and required your key card to get in. We really enjoyed our stay here.
